Our mission is to create an environmentally and socially friendly atmosphere within a membership association for the purpose of fulfilling the following compatible goals:

• To provide farm-direct affordable organically grown top quality medical cannabis and other medicinal herbs to our members.
  
  
• To promote the highest quality organically grown medicine, grown outdoors, as the most sustainable and environmentally responsible method of herbal medicine production. This approach is a clear alternative to chemically fertilized, environmentally irresponsible indoor-grown commodity cannabis, often pesticide contaminated, which is ubiquitous to nearly all indoor grows and urban providers of so-called medical cannabis.
  
  
• To develop the voice of medical marijuana patients and the collective community.
  
  
• To serve as an example of how legal collective cannabis cultivation benefits the greater community. This is accomplished through organizational transparency and resources accountability within a "closed-loop" membership association of qualified cannabis patients and caregivers, abiding by a clear agreement that no diversion of medicine to non-members is allowed.
  
  
• To explore the connections between holistic health and cannabis as a healing herb through regular health expos open for all members.

MFC has created an interconnected membership where each can work for the good of the whole, through collaborative ventures, sliding scale fees, time shares, work exchanges, voluntary good deeds, support of local non-profits, contributions of medicine to indigent members, and other forms of participation necessary for the association to function and sustain its purpose.
